You can order two ways:

• Order online using our secure server (when on-line shop is up and running...shortly!).
• Order by phone: Call us at 1-518-583-2583 seven days a week. We're here to answer the phone on Monday-Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 12-5 EST. Please have your credit card information ready. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is shipped. A hard copy of your transaction will be included in your shipment.
• Print out an order form, fill out and fax to: 518-583-2548.

We also accept checks and money orders. Orders will be shipped after checks are cleared, which may be up to 5 business days.

All special orders (those that we don't normally carry in the store, but have been ordered especially for you) are usually shipped in bags of 10, and we will have to pass that cost onto you. There are no returns on special orders.

PRICING

Prices on our website are in US currency. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All NYS residents will be charged 7% sales tax. Orders shipped out of state are not subject to sales tax.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In this demanding market, receiving certain yarns and kits can be difficult to receive in a timely manner. To the best of our ability, we will notify you when we do not have an item in stock, cannot receive a certain item, or when there will be a significant delay in your order.

COLOR DISPLAY

We've tried to represent colors and yarn to the best of our ability. However, between digital cameras and various monitors, the color may display differently than the true color! It's always best to come to the shop and see the yarn in person! However, please know that we cannot be responsible for accurate color representation.

SHIPPING

Within the US, we ship via USPS. If you prefer another method, please let us know.The order total is exclusive of tax and gift certificates. All instock items will ship within 48 hours. Orders received after 2PM Friday, or Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on Monday.

We do ship overseas via USPS and will contact you about shipping charges before charging your credit card and shipping. Customs orders do need to be filled out.

RETURNS

You may return yarn with receipt only within 60 days. All returns must be in unused condition. Full return may be refunded to your credit card with credit purchases. Store credit is given with money order, check or cash sales.

No return on special orders, books, patterns or needles. No return on final sale yarns.

To insure proper credit, your original receipt must accompany your return. Your merchandise credit is redeemable at any time.

Please be sure to include a card with your name, address, phone number and the approximate date of purchase. Please send your returns in a securely wrapped package. We do not accept COD returns. It is in your best interest to insure the return package in the full value amount, as we cannot take back goods damaged in the shipping process.

Your privacy is very important to us. We only use information you provide to complete orders - we do not give out your information to anyone. We use the industry standard SSL encryption to protect your information. In order to submit an order, we do need your name, address, phone number and credit card information. HAND DYED YARNS

Because hand dyed yarns are just that...hand dyed...they are not consistent in nature. Therefore, we recommend you buy more than you need to be sure that you have adequate yarn for your project. It is recommended that you knit your garment using two skeins of hand dyed yarn, alternating every few rows.

GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION

Gift certificates are available in any amount. You may use a certificate at any time on any item. If your purchase exceeds the amount of the certificate, we will need your credit card information to charge the balance due.
